Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg by courier to arrive within 4 business days from the receipt of your payment. Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday to the address provided, excluding weekends and public holidays. No P.O. Box addresses will be accepted. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Westworth (Pty) Ltd. bears no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person. Should no-one be available at the time of delivery, Dawn Wing is required to contact the customer.
Westworth (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer services on the day of delivery (info@head2tail.co.za).
